Shipping policy

This policy covers shipping timelines, fees, delivery processes, and international customs rules for all orders placed at https://kp3jka-cx.myshopify.com/.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–5 business days of processing time before dispatch (excluding weekends and local public holidays).
- Standard products: 1–3 business days handling
- Custom/personalized goods: 3–5 business days handling
During large sale events (Black Friday, Christmas, processing time may extend up to 7 business days). We will notify you via email if there is a long delay.
2. Shipping Timeframes & Carriers
We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, USPS, and regional local postal services for global delivery. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- United States / Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom / European Union: 7–15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Other global regions: 12–25 business days
Important Note: Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection, courier peak seasons, bad weather, or local logistics disruptions, which are out of our control. We cannot offer compensation for standard shipping delays.
3. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on: destination country, total product weight, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions will be marked clearly on product pages during campaign periods.
- Express fast shipping options are available for faster delivery with an extra surcharge shown before payment.
4. Tracking Information
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor real-time delivery status via the tracking link. If your tracking shows no updates for over 7 days, contact our support team for assistance.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking confirms the package was delivered but you never received it: Check with neighbors, building front desk, local postal office first. Then email us within 3 days of delivery confirmation, we will help file a courier loss claim.
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the logistics provider: We offer two solutions: free reshipment of your order or full product refund (shipping fees are non-refundable for lost packages unless the loss is the carrier’s fault).
6. International Customs & Duties
For all cross-border shipments:
- Import duties, sales tax, customs clearance fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We do not cover any customs charges upon arrival in your country.
- Customs inspection may open your package, which can extend delivery time. We cannot intervene in local customs decisions.
- If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us: Original shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping cost will be deducted from your product refund amount.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Packages marked undeliverable (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery) will be shipped back to our warehouse. When we receive the returned package:
- We will refund only the product value, minus both original outbound shipping cost and return delivery cost.
- If you still want the items after return, you need to place a new order and pay shipping fees again.
